Is accommodation included in the price?
On most courses it is the responsibility of each delegate to arrange their own accommodation when registering for a course.
What are the course timings?
Courses start at 9:00am on the first day with registration from 8:30am. On all other days they start at 9:00am. Breaks are mid-morning, lunchtime and mid-afternoon and tend to be at the discretion of the trainer. (how the course material is best split up etc). Each day the course will usually finish at 5, but may finish slightly earlier on the last day. This varies on the trainer, how large the group is, how fast the group works through the material and whether there are any travel issues for people getting home.
When will I receive confirmation of my registration?
We will always aim to confirm your registration within 24 hours.
What information do you need for a registration?
The ideal registration would have the following information: -Full name (including Mr/Mrs/Miss/Ms) (Also including full Christian name – this is for your certificate) -Job title -Department -Full postal address -Invoice address if different to above -Contact telephone number -Email address (the participants direct email address as well as any other individual who is involved in registration process.) - PO number (If your accounts department works with a purchase order system we will need this for your invoice so you can make reference to it to process payment easily.
What is the cancellation policy/terms and conditions?
For your information the MIS T&C are as follows:
If any registered delegate cannot attend our course, a replacement is always welcome for the course. Cancellations must be made in writing (letter or fax) with MIS Training Institute’s acknowledgement. Written cancellations must reach this office 30 days before the programme commences. A full refund less an administration charge of US$150 will be given. For any written cancellation requests that reach us less than 30 days before the event, no refunds will be given. However, if you wish to attend another MIS Training course in the Asia-Pacific region, a 75% discount voucher which values not more than 75% of the initial payment will be issued. Please note that the subsequent course must take place within 1 year of the initial registration. Discount vouchers are transferable within the same organisation, but not to be used in conjunction with any other discount schemes. Discount vouchers will not be issued for no-shows without cancellation. MIS Training
How do I get to a particular venue?
All venue directions are sent to you with your joining instructions
What happens if my payment isn’t received in time?
We should receive payment before the course starts. However, we do have times when this does not happen for a variety of reasons. If a delegate has not paid before a course, we will always try and contact you shortly after the course. If payment is not received after three months this gets passed onto our credit control department who will then contact you for payment on our behalf.
How can I pay?
You can pay in a number of ways.
Cheques should be made payable to EUROMONEY TRAINING and mailed, with the remittance advice below, to: Euromoney Training, 27/F, 248 Queen's Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong
Telegraphic Transfer/Wire Transfer payments are also accepted and account details will be provided upon registration.
What is needed for a Visa letter?
If you require a visa to attend a course we can provide you with a visa invitation letter. This simply states that we can confirm that you are registered on one of our courses. We have absolutely no influence over any embassy and this is the only thing we can do to help you gain entry into the various countries. It is your own responsibility to organise your visa and not having one is not an exemption from the cancellation policy.
In most cases, payment must be received before we can issue a visa letter.
The information we need for a visa letter is as follows:
Your full name as it appears on your passport Your date of birth Your passport number Your passport issue date Your passport expiry date
We also need to know where you are applying for a visa from (if this is not clear from the registration.)
